The terms are the same on every car in the list above, whether it is the ₹1,200 S-Presso or the ₹45,000 Defender. Only the deposit changes with the class.

Charged per kmThe rate for your car is confirmed in writing before you book — never a surprise at return.
Security deposit
₹5,000 – ₹25,000+₹5,000 small car, ₹10,000 large, ₹25,000 upwards on the premium 4×4s. Paid at pickup by UPI or cash.
Deposit back
On the spotReturned as soon as the car is back with us in good condition. Damage to repair: 7–10 working days, itemised, with the reason.
Fuel
On youBring the car back at the fuel level it left at.
Who can drive
21 and overValid original Indian licence plus Aadhaar or another photo ID. Send them on WhatsApp and approval takes minutes.
Delivery
Free across the TricityChandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Chandigarh airport. Rest of Punjab and Haryana on request.
Cancelling
Free, 48 hours aheadTell us at least two days before pickup and there is nothing to pay.

Common questions about renting.

What do I need to rent a self-drive car in Chandigarh?
You need to be 21 or over, with a valid original Indian driving licence that has not expired, plus your Aadhaar or another photo ID. Send both on WhatsApp before you arrive and approval takes minutes. Visiting from abroad? See car rental for NRIs.
Can I take the car to Himachal?
Yes. Shimla, Manali, Kasauli and Spiti are where most of these cars go. For Spiti and the high passes take a proper 4×4 — the Thar, Thar Roxx, Hilux, Rubicon or Defender. If you would rather not drive the mountain roads yourself, we rent the same cars with a driver.
Can I rent for a whole month?

There are more than eight of us. What then?
Past seven seats a car stops being the answer. We run tempo travellers in Chandigarh for group trips, with a driver.
What if the car gets a scratch?
We photograph the car together at handover and at return, so its condition on the day is agreed by both of us. Repairs come out of the deposit and are itemised. Nothing gets pinned on you after you have driven off.
