Common questions about airport pickups.

What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing happens to you. We track the flight number rather than the scheduled time, so the car arrives when the aircraft does. There is no waiting charge for a delay that was not your doing.
Can I collect a self-drive car at the airport?
Yes. Send your driving licence and Aadhaar on WhatsApp before you fly and the approval is done before you land, so you sign and go. You need to be 21 or over with a valid original Indian licence.
Is there a charge for delivery to the airport?
No. Chandigarh airport is inside our free delivery area, along with Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur.
Do you drop at Delhi airport?
Yes, both ways. Chandigarh to IGI is about 265 km and roughly five hours, so most people take it with a driver rather than drive it themselves and pay parking.
Can you pick up late at night?
Yes, but tell us when you book so a driver is rostered for it. Overnight and very early flights are routine, unannounced ones at 2am are not.
