What information do you need from me?
The dates, the car or the class you want, and the address for delivery. If you already know your licence and Aadhaar are in order, send those at the same time and the whole booking is done in one exchange.
How quickly will you reply?
On WhatsApp, usually within minutes during the day. Email is slower and better suited to corporate paperwork than to a booking you want this afternoon.
Do you have an office I can visit?
We deliver rather than run a counter — the car comes to you anywhere in the Tricity, free. If you need to meet in person for a corporate account, say so and we will arrange it.
Can I book without WhatsApp?
Yes. Call the same number, or email. WhatsApp is just what most people find easiest because the dates, the car and the confirmation all stay in one thread.
Do you take bookings for the same day?
Often, yes, subject to what is free. We have 27+ cars rather than hundreds, so the earlier you ask the more certain it is.
