Common questions about business accounts.

Do you issue GST invoices?

Yes, raised against your company GSTIN for every booking on the account. Send us your registration details when you open it and every invoice after that is correct without anyone asking.

Can we be billed monthly?

Yes. One consolidated invoice at the end of the month covering every trip on the account, rather than a separate payment each time somebody travels.

Self-drive or with a driver?

Either, and most accounts use both. Staff on assignment usually take a self-drive car; visitors and client runs usually take a driver.

Is there a deposit on a corporate account?

Self-drive rentals carry the usual deposit — ₹5,000 to ₹25,000 upwards depending on the car — because someone from your team is driving it. Chauffeured trips do not.

How quickly can you turn a booking around?

Same day, subject to what is free. That is the honest answer: we have 27+ cars, not hundreds, so the earlier you tell us the more certain it is.
