We understand that travel plans may change, and our refund and cancellation policy is designed to accommodate flexibility while ensuring fairness for both our customers and our business. Below, we outline the terms for cancellations, refunds, and related conditions to help you make informed decisions when renting with us.

Booking and Payment Terms

  • Token Amount: A token amount is required to confirm your booking.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining rental balance must be paid when the vehicle is handed over to you.
  • Exclusions: The rental amount does not include tolls, state taxes, or fuel costs, which are the renter’s responsibility.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required, varying by vehicle type:
    • Small cars: ₹5,000
    • Big cars: ₹10,000
    • Premium cars: ₹25,000–₹60,000 (depending on the model)
  • Payment Methods: The deposit can be paid via bank cheque, cash, or UPI. A post-dated security cheque may also be required.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the token amount and any advance payments, minus any applicable administrative fees.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pickup time will result in the full rental amount being charged, with no refunds issued.
  • No-Show: If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notification, the full rental amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

Modification Policy

  • Advance Modifications: Changes to your reservation, such as pickup/return dates, vehicle type, or location, must be requested at least 48 hours before the original pickup time.
  • Rate Adjustments: Modifications are subject to availability and may result in a different rental rate or additional charges.
  • Late Modifications: Changes requested less than 48 hours before the pickup time may incur the same penalties as late cancellations.

Security Deposit Refund Policy

  • Refund Conditions: The security deposit will be refunded upon returning the vehicle in the same condition as when it was rented, with no outstanding charges (e.g., damages, traffic fines, or fuel shortages).
  • Refund Process:
    • If the vehicle is returned during daylight hours and is in good condition, the deposit will be refunded on the spot.
    • Otherwise, the deposit will be refunded by 11 AM the next day.
  • Deductions: The deposit may be used to cover:
    • Damages to the vehicle or equipment.
    • Traffic fines or violations incurred during the rental period.
    • Fuel shortages if the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level.
    • Cleaning fees if the vehicle is returned extremely dirty.
  • Maximum Liability: In case of significant damage, the renter’s liability is limited to the daily rental rate until the vehicle is repaired.

Fuel Policy

  • Same Fuel Level: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up.
  • Refueling Charges: If the fuel level is lower, the cost to refuel to the original level will be deducted from the security deposit.

Vehicle Condition and Penalties

  • Return Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented to avoid penalties.
  • Cleaning Fee: If the vehicle is returned extremely dirty, a cleaning fee of ₹250–₹500 (depending on the car size) may be applied.
  • Overspeeding: Overspeeding (above 120 km/hr) will incur a ₹2,000 fine, as all vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for safety.
  • Drunk Driving: Strictly prohibited. Violation will lead to immediate legal action and potential loss of the security deposit.
  • Traffic Violations: Any traffic fines or violations are the renter’s responsibility and will be deducted from the security deposit.

Documentation Requirements

  • Valid Driving License: Renters must provide a legally valid and original driving license.
  • ID Proof: An Aadhaar card is required for document verification via WhatsApp.
  • Security Cheque: A post-dated security cheque may be required. If unavailable, a higher security deposit (₹25,000–₹60,000, depending on the car) will apply.

Kilometer Limit

  • Standard Limit: The rental includes a 200 km per day limit.
  • Excess Charges: Additional kilometers may incur charges, and changes in pickup/drop-off locations may affect the rental price.
